• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You will notify any unauthorized use of your account.
• Iruz Labs may suspend accounts for violation of these terms.

4. Permitted / Prohibited Use

It is not permitted to use Iruz Labs for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Infringing third-party rights.
• Generating illegal, harmful content or content that violates intellectual property.
• Attempting reverse engineering or compromising the system.

5. User-Entered Data

You are responsible for the legitimacy of the content you enter. Iruz Labs is not responsible for your use of generated content or decisions based on it.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals

• Some features may require a subscription.
• Prices may vary with prior notice.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel them.
• Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases provided by law or explicitly offered.

7. Intellectual Property

Iruz Labs, its software, interface, models, and materials are the property of Sebastian Jimenez Ramirez or its licensors.

The user retains ownership of the data and information they provide, as well as rights to generated content, subject to external legal restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Iruz Labs is offered "as is" — we do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or specific results.

We are not responsible for data loss, system failures, interruptions, or any damage arising from use of the service.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated. The current version will be available at firmaramirez.com. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

11. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

The use of Iruz Labs is governed by the laws of Mexico.

Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in the corresponding jurisdiction.
